Are you passionate about consultative selling and customers?
At Antara we are looking for you! If you are a professional with a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or metallurgical engineering, with experience of up to 5 years in consultative sales roles, business development and have knowledge of the main processes of a plant in the mining industry, this position is for you.
In this role you will be responsible for the strategic account management of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. You will also identify sales opportunities and participate in the development of commercial plans to address the requirements of current and potential customers.
We are looking for professionals who know how to solve these challenges:
Plan and execute commercial actions, with a focus on generating sales with current and potential customers by frequently visiting mining sites.
Act as an escalation point, to detect eventual technical problems, together with our operations and technology team.
Provide value to the customer with a focus on maximizing the use of our products, aligned to the customer's internal processes.
Carry out pre-sales actions and training of Antara products.
Detect customer requirements, through the management and constant interrelation with the different stakeholders, as well as the contract administrative management with our customers.
Skills and knowledge
Advanced English skills
Availability to travel to the mine and visit our clients' operations frequently.
The location of the position is preferably in the city of Antofagasta, although not exclusive.
