From this challenge, you will have to execute and/or coordinate actions in the resolution of customer requirements, through ticket management platform, remotely assisting customers in queries or incidents on the platform(s) supported; also, you must diagnose, classify, resolve, derive and/or escalate requirements, according to service levels established with customers.
